One of the key ways users can receive assistance with the EI Billing site and the fiscal process is by accessing the Customer Service Center. The Center will give users access to information about the EI billing process, forms management, Medicaid documentation, and other items related to the Fiscal Agent. This call center will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

Before calling in it is important to have the following information related to each claim:
• Your NPI number and rendering provider’s name
• The child's name and parents’ names
• Insurance company
• Authorization number, as well as CPT and ICD codes associated with the services rendered
• Date(s) of service(s) and the county or municipality associated with the child
• NYEIS billing information
• The date the claim was submitted and any remittance reports including Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms from insurers, when applicable
